Pearce getting younger by the game
Despite twive being behind, this was a game Troggs always looked like winning. Marcus Pearce, still playing with a broken arm, looks to be getting younger by the game and now leads the troggs scoring charts. He recorded his first competitive hat trick for 8 years, the first of the three a sublime chip from 30 yards. The 7-2 victory was completed with goals from Dyke, Moon, Gibbs and Leggis, who picked up the MOM. A product of the Troggs youth system, Leggis is fast becoming the complete left back, and carty will do well to hold on to him if bigger clubs come in next summer, or indeed the january transfer window.
